| Comments: Nate did an outstanding job of proactively marketing our home during a tough time of year (Feb-March, 2006). He is extremely professional, cordial and hard-working, and he did a great job listening to us while providing add'l input for our decisions. Our home was the only home (out of at least 5) in the development to sell during a nine-month dryspell last year and it was primarily due to Nate's hard work. I would recommend Nate to anybody that asked for a referral! |

As a seller with special needs (I live out of state), Nate has proven to be crucial, both in terms of logistics (i.e., setting appointments, etc.) and in terms of market analysis. In fact, Nate went above and beyond and set up painters, carpenters, flooring, and electrical contracting. | Comments: Nate found me my last house before it was listed on the market. He worked with me for two weeks looking at different properties, some that i found and some that he recommended. He used this time to understand what i liked. He showed me the house i purchased knowing i would like it. I made an offer the same day since i liked it so much. Nice work Nate. |
