| Comments: Val was extremly helpful in buying a house. We had to do a lot of the work long distance. She helped us narrow down our list of houses and we put a bid on house in under a week. We weren't able to be in the area for the closing or walk through. She helped with the paper work, and did the walk through for us because we couldn't be there. She also recommended an awesome private inspector, Bob at A Closer Look (520-682-0598). |

| Comments: We came from out of state, we told Val ahead of our visit what we were looking for and the general area we wanted to move to. She lined up 6 showings, we viewed all and we bought the first place that she took us to. All were in our price range, and had most of the features we were looking for. The first place was right on the money. She made sure that all the paperwork was correct, our questions answered, and she kept us up to date on all actions, as we were back in Minn. selling our home.

| Comments: Impeccable service. We moved from out of state and Val took care of all of the paperwork and had everthing ready for closing. She worked with the new construction sales people to turn many of their no's into yes's for us. |
