He was always prepared to educate me on the next step of the home buying process before it came so that I was comfortable and knew what could happen and should happen all the way through. I most appreciate the fact that when there when I had a question that was not of his expertise, he could recommend how I could get the answer I needed. The best I've worked with in 3 home purchases. |

| Comments: Gary was at all times available to handle questions when we were considering which properties met our criteria. He was able to get additional information on these properties on a timely basis. He was invaluable in helping prepare the offer as well as helping us through the closing process. In addition, he provided us access to an online folder which gave us realtime information on our purchase as it progressed. After closing he provided us with a CD/DVD which contained copies of all pertinent information on the process and closing information. I would recommend him to anyone needing an agent. |

| Comments: Gary worked very hard to help me find exactly what I was looking for during my relocation from Colorado. He previewed several properties and only showed me those that matched my criteria for a temporary home.
I will be using Gary again when my wife and I select our long term home. |

| Comments: Gary Snow not only was a fantastic Realtor;but one of the most Professional People I have ever worked with. Believe me when I say worked I mean exactly that. He not only did a tremendous job helping purhase my new home but SOLD my existing home in fifteen days. He did not sit around waiting for the phone to ring he worked very hard to make it ring. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process including the price.I could log on to my settlement room website and see everything as it occurred.I have given Gary many referrals and he will be getting alot more! |
